Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of 150+ members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, logistics, and inventory management to meet customer demands on time. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, feedback, and continuous learning opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile 4-7 years of experience in BPO Operations or related field (logistics/supply chain). Strong understanding of B2B transactions processing and back-office operations. Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage large teams effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
