Team Lead / Architect ? Vehicle Assembly and Capacity & New Facility

Youll be aligned with: VP Manufacturing Engineering Youll be a member of: Manufacturing Engineering - Assembly What youll do at Ather: Deliver complete design of process and manufacturing line for one ofthe vehicle or battery assembly lines. Ensure that time, cost and quality targets are met. Work with the design team on DFA feedback and in understandingprocess requirements and CTQs. Work with the production team to understand constraints andrequirements. Work with the prototyping team during early builds. Deliver MBoM, BoP, PFD, work instructions, maintenance guidelinesto the production team. Work with vendors in communicating requirements, reviewingdesigns, and commissioning of lines. Ensure line stabilization and PPAP. Heres what we are looking for: An understanding of various process capabilities, ergonomics,testing, line design. Being up-to-date with state-of-the-art manufacturing and testingprocesses. Knowledge of machines and their cost and capabilities. Experience leading at least one line release. Experience working in 2-3 programs in the capacity of aprocess/manufacturing engineer. Knowledge of different suppliers w.r.t various aspects of NPD forgiven component from a strategy point of view What you bring to Ather: B.E/M.E in Industrial engineering or Mechanical Engineering. 10+ years of technical expertise in the manufacturing process
