About Role - We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Account Manager with strong expertise in Paid Media , Growth Marketing, Client Engagement . This role requires a data-driven professional who can manage end-to-end campaign execution, analyze key performance metrics, and ensure business growth for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, Programmatic, etc.), understanding consumer behavior in the D2C space, and driving performance-based marketing strategies. Responsibilities include - Client Account Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned D2C clients, ensuring strategic alignment and goal achievement. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on revenue, ROAS, and CAC. Identify client needs, upsell relevant services, and build long-term relationships. Paid Media Strategy Execution Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Conduct in-depth campaign analysis to improve ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates. Implement custom audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to drive customer acquisition. Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to optimize media buys. Data Analysis Reporting Track, measure, and report campaign performance, revenue impact, and growth metrics . Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and data visualization tools to present insights. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CTR and CVR. D2C Growth Funnel Optimization Work on full-funnel growth strategies including brand awareness, acquisition, and retention. Improve customer journeys, landing pages, checkout flows , and lead nurturing strategies. Collaborate with creative, tech, and content teams to align messaging with performance goals. Team Collaboration Process Management Guide junior media buyers, analysts, and account executives in campaign execution. Ensure smooth workflow, timely deliveries, and process adherence across accounts. Implement best practices in media planning, budget allocation, and campaign structuring. Key Skills Requirements: 4+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on Paid Media and D2C marketing. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Performance Max, and Shopping Ads. Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM tools. Understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution modeling. Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer segmentation. Experience in scaling ad spends profitably and managing multi-crore budgets. Strong communication skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with D2C website platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom-built stores.
