Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teaching Specialist based in Pune. The Teaching Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, engaging with students to promote effective learning, and conducting educational activities to encourage academic and personal growth. The role includes developing and delivering curriculum-focused teaching resources while maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. Ensuring effective classroom management, evaluating student progress, and encouraging co-curricular learning are integral to this position.

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Demonstrable expertise in Teaching and Education
• Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
• Passion for fostering student growth and learning
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (B.Ed. preferred)
• Prior experience in teaching or education (preferably in CBSE schools) is a plus
