Job Title : Tea Garden Tour Manager Location : Amchong Tea Estate, Guwahati, Assam Job Type : Full-Time Job Description : We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tea Garden Tour Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our tea tours, providing guests with an unforgettable educational and interactive experience. They will guide visitors through the lush tea gardens, explain the intricacies of tea manufacturing, blending, and tasting, and oversee the seamless operations of the tea tour business. Key Responsibilities : Conduct engaging and informative tours of the tea gardens and related facilities. Educate visitors on tea cultivation, manufacturing processes, blending techniques, and tasting rituals. Manage the day-to-day operations of the tea tour business, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests. Interact professionally with domestic and international tourists, providing excellent customer service. Communicate fluently in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse audience. Maintain accurate records of tour schedules, bookings, and visitor feedback. Collaborate with management to improve tour offerings and overall guest experience. Requirements : Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or equivalent. Strong knowledge of tea cultivation, manufacturing, blending, and tasting processes. Proficient in spoken and written English and Hindi. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences effectively. Prior experience in guiding, tourism, or hospitality is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage tour operations efficiently. Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
