Job Description

Role Overview: As a T&E specialist at our company, you will be an integral part of the accounting team, serving as the designated expense liaison for our corporate division. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and auditing employee expense reports, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in audit preparation and other ad hoc projects under the guidance of the T&E Platform Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Review and audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with the company's expense policy and verify costs against receipts - Review emails from HR to update employee information in Concur, including adding new hires and removing terminated employees - Review and update job changes initiated by HR to maintain accurate records - Maintain current process documentations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance - Assist the T&E Platform Manager in audit preparation and contribute to other ad hoc initiatives and projects as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cross-divisional processes and projects efficiently - Self-motivated, responsive, and customer-focused with strong follow-up skills - High ethical standards, accountability, and ownership in all tasks - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Preferred systems experience in CTE Concur, Salesforce, and proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and Outlook (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description) Role Overview: As a T&E specialist at our company, you will be an integral part of the accounting team, serving as the designated expense liaison for our corporate division.
