About the Role

TDL Developer


You will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless two-way communication between Our Products and Tally.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain TDL scripts to enable integration between our cloud-based accounting product and Tally ERP.
  • Create and manage data synchronization mechanisms (sales, purchase, ledgers, inventory, etc.).
  • Work with APIs or middleware to exchange data between Tally and external systems.
  • Optimize TDL code for performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with developers to align TDL functionalities with the frontend/backend workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration or data inconsistency issues.


Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

     in TDL development.
  • Strong understanding of 

    Tally's architecture

     and customization.
  • Experience working with 

    Tally ODBC, XML, and TCP servers

    .
  • Basic understanding of 

    API integration

     and data flow principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.


Nice to Have


  • Exposure to MongoDB (Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and business workflows.
  • Experience with REST APIs or GraphQL.
