1.Strong OOPS concepts - Multithreading, Collections, Exception handling etc
2 Strong work experience in Java, Spring frameworks, Microservices, REST
3 Good experience in MQ, DB2 and scripting knowledge like shell scripting or python.
4 Experience in writing independent components and writing unit tests .
5 Experience with Agile methodologies - Scrum, Continuous integration
6 Attention to detail, Desire and ability to work in a multi-distributed team environment
7 Ability to excel in a short timeframe under short sprints
8 Strong communication and documentation skills
