Job Title: Accountant – Chartered Accountancy Firm Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site) Experience: 1 to 5 Years Salary: Commensurate with experience About the Firm We are a well-established Chartered Accountancy firm based in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi , engaged in providing professional services in Accounting, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance. We are seeking a qualified and responsible Accountant who can independently manage accounting, GST, and TDS-related compliance for our clients. Key Responsibilities Perform full accounting work on Busy and Tally software. Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and records on a regular basis. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) accurately and within deadlines. Conduct GST reconciliation between books and portal data. Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) and ensure timely payments. Assist in Balance Sheet preparation and audit workings . Visit client locations for accounting, verification, and data management as required. Handle GST registrations, firm registrations, and compliance filings . Assist in drafting replies to GST, TDS, and other statutory notices . Support partners in audit assignments and financial statement finalization . Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software and Tally ERP / Prime . Good understanding of GST laws , TDS provisions , and basic accounting standards . Strong command of MS Excel and basic data analysis . Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently. Strong organizational and communication skills. Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail. Educational Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA or equivalent qualification.
