• Responsible for TDS compliances of the company including TDS payments, filing of returns, Equalisation levy, issuing TDS certificate, etc
• Responsible for Implementing direct tax related changes in the company including system changes, processes implementation & improving the same
• Responsible for completing Tax Audit and ensuring timely filing to tax return of the company
• Responsible for FATCA/CRS compliances of the company
• Responsible for SFT/Form 60 compliances of the company
• Providing tax advisory to all the internal departments/stake holders on TDS applicability on life insurance products, taxation on life insurance and queries related to other direct taxation
• Preparing Assessment related date
• Preparing quarterly Advance Tax working
• Review of agreements and processes having impact on taxes
• Knowledge of Accounting
