You have (Qualifications):
    • A bachelor s or master s in business, finance, economics, or related field of study.
    • Minimum of 8+ years of experience working as a transfer pricing specialist in a professional services organization.
    • Prefer experience from Big 4 or other large international accounting or consulting firms.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership/supervisor experience.
    • Solid project management skills and ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
You will (Responsibilities):
    • Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing transfer pricing projects and managing budget.
    • Supervise, train, and staff on transfer pricing projects and assess staff performance for engagement reviews.
    • Manage the work of client service team members and provide technical guidance to engagement staff and seniors.
    • Effectively apply complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to client situations.
    • Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services and work products.
    • Prepare documentation, lead in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services.
    • Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance using MS Word, Excel, and various statistical sampling packages.
    • Develop recommendations and implementation plans for clients and team members.
    • Leading the transfer pricing practice and coordinating with U.S. engagement leaders
    • Undertaking additional assignments and ability to work on tight deadlines.
    • Advanced Microsoft excel and PowerPoint skills required, including the ability to use complex formulas, Pivot tables, and data analysis tools and to create clear, visually engaging presentations and reports.
    • Being flexible to work from office.
