Job Description

Hiring: Manager / Sr. Manager Direct Taxation

Direct Tax Professional

What You’ll Do:

Handle all Direct Tax matters for the organization
Prepare & file Income Tax Returns, TDS/TCS returns, SFT & other statutory forms
Review agreements and provide advisory from an Income Tax perspective
Manage Income Tax Audits, assessments, appeals & departmental follow-ups
Coordinate with consultants, advocates, and tax authorities
Handle international taxation matters including foreign remittances, Form 15CA/CB & transfer pricing
Prepare tax workings for provisions, deferred tax & ledger reconciliations
Maintain MIS for tax compliance & litigation
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure organization-wide compliance

Who We Want:

CA / CA Inter with strong knowledge of Direct Tax & FEMA regulations
