Tax Manager - PCS Gen

As a Tax Manager in the PCS (Private Client Service) Tax practice at EisnerAmper, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of Partnership and Corporations tax services for PCS Clients in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients - Providing tax planning and reviewing operating businesses that file either 1065, 1120S, or 1120 tax returns - Reviewing and managing Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law for Forms 1065, 1120S, and 1120, Schedules K-1, K-2 & K-3, State and Local Tax compliances, International filling compliances, and any Additional Forms Required As Per Client Requirements - Maintaining and leading client relationships on day-to-day tax matters - Researching and consulting on technical matters and special projects - Proactively building relationships and communicating effectively with clients to provide superior client service - Identifying tax issues and proposing potential solutions to resolve them - Being involved in all aspects of tax assignments from planning and projections to finalization - Working seamlessly with US counterparts by utilizing state-of-the-art technology and electronic office tools and processes - Mentoring, developing, and motivating Staff and Seniors - Training staff and Seniors on Technical topics Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent field - 5+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience - CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent certification - Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts - Experience working with PCS clients - Small and medium-sized businesses 1065, 1120S, and 1120 forms - Ideally, a Masters Degree in Tax, accounting, or equivalent field About EisnerAmper: EisnerAmper is one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms globally, with a commitment to helping clients meet current challenges and prepare for future success.
