To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification, along with extensive accounting experience (4+ years) in finance operations or accounting roles, preferably within a professional services firm. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential for effectively managing client engagements and leading a team.
