Tax Executive

Key Responsibilities

Income Tax

• Preparation and filing of Income-Tax Returns (Individuals, Firms, Companies, LLPs).
  
• Compilation of financial statements and working papers for tax filings.
  
• Handling TDS/TCS working, returns, corrections, and reconciliations.
  
• Assistance in scrutiny assessments, notices, replies, and submissions.
  
• Preparation of Form 3CD annexures for Tax Audit.
  

GST

• Monthly and quarterly preparation/filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, CMP-08, and annual returns.
  
• ITC reconciliation (2B vs books vs 3B), RCM tracking and compliance.
  
• Assistance in drafting replies to departmental notices, SCNs, DRC-01A/01, audits, and assessments.
  
• E-way bill and e-invoice compliance monitoring.
  
• Support in GST refund applications (exports/ITC accumulation).
  

General Accounting & Compliance

• Maintaining client-wise records, checklists, documentation, and audit files.
  
• Coordination with clients for data, clarifications, and follow-ups.
  
• Ensuring all statutory deadlines are met.
  

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of

• Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Zoho/Busy) is preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, basic formulas).
  
• Good drafting skills for replies, letters, and notices.
  
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
