Tax Consultant

We are a proprietorship firm engaged in the trading and retail of gems and crystals, serving clients across domestic and international markets. Our operations involve sourcing, invoicing, inventory management, and e-commerce transactions. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Tax Consultant to manage and advise on our tax compliance and planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure GST registration, filing (monthly, quarterly, annual), and compliance.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for the proprietor and the business.
• Manage TDS compliance, payments, and returns.
• Provide advisory on capital gains, stock valuation, and inventory accounting.
• Represent the firm in case of notices, scrutiny, or assessments.
• Assist in bookkeeping coordination and audit support.
• Guide on e-invoicing, import/export taxation, and documentation as per DGFT and customs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and central tax laws.

Required Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / Certified Tax Practitioner with experience in small businesses or trading firms.
• In-depth knowledge of GST laws, Income Tax, and proprietorship regulations.
• Familiarity with tax implications of semi-precious stones, crystals, and e-commerce sales is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
