The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue through new and existing channels. The role involves market analysis, developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and company goals. The position requires a proactive approach to networking, prospecting, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy expertise Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Data Interpretation skills Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills Strategic Planning and Goal-Setting capabilities Proficiency in CRM tools and software Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus Experience in the flavors, fragrances, or FMCG industry is preferred
