Responsibilities: Train Associates, work with peers, assist Managers, Senior Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings Prepare data books Help prepare draft reports for management review • Research issues that arise during the course of engagement Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, Masters Degree in Accounting or Business or certified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services or Assurance or related field Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development Outstanding organizational and project management skills Ability to take direction and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
