Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking Prepare and cook a wide range of tandoori dishes such as naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and other grilled items. Handle marination of meats, seafood, and vegetables as per standard recipes. Operate and maintain the tandoor oven at appropriate temperatures. Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality, taste, and presentation standards. Kitchen Operations Assist in planning and preparing daily mise en place for tandoor items. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service. Monitor inventory of tandoor supplies and report shortages. Ensure minimal food wastage through proper planning and storage.
