Job Title: Customer Support executive(Tamil-Speaking)(Female only) Location: Cochi Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Officer to provide excellent customer service, assist with inquiries, and resolve issues. The successful candidate will handle Tamil-speaking customers and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat in Tamil. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and professionally. Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the support system. Assist in troubleshooting product issues and offering solutions to customers. Resolve customer problems and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication. Work closely with other departments (technical, sales, etc.) to resolve complex issues. Follow up on customer queries to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: Fluency in Tamil (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles (preferred but not required). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues effectively. Friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software (preferred).
