Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Tally Trainer to join our team in a full-time, mid-level position. This role includes training and mentoring students in Tally ERP 9 across various locations, including Madanapalle, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and possess excellent knowledge of Tally ERP 9. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 (Mandatory skill). Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience in delivering training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Strong problem-solving skills to address student queries effectively. Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in training materials and assessments. Effective time management skills to handle multiple training sessions and deadlines. Ability to provide high-quality customer service and support to students. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct training sessions on Tally ERP 9 for students, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the software. Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments. Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and guidance. Assist in the organization of workshops, seminars, and additional training events. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective training program. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tally ERP 9 features and updates. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to students during and after training sessions.
