You are a Tally ERP Expert seeking a full-time position with a rapidly growing Electric Vehicle (EV) company in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end implementation of Tally ERP software within the organization, focusing on inventory management, financial accounting, and integration with other software systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the complete lifecycle of Tally ERP implementation, including requirement gathering, go-live, and post-implementation support. - Integrate Tally ERP with other software platforms like CRM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing systems. - Customize system configurations for accounting, inventory, and taxation modules to align with business needs. - Develop custom reports, data templates, and dashboards for different departments. - Lead data migration processes and ensure data accuracy through thorough testing. - Provide training to end-users on Tally ERP usage and troubleshoot technical issues. - Stay updated with new Tally features, patches, and recommend process improvements for business operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear documentation of processes and system changes. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields. - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Tally ERP implementation, customization, and support. - Deep knowledge of Tally ERP software, GST, taxation, inventory, and financial accounting modules. - Experience in data migration and integration with other software systems. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. **Additional Details:** The company is a rapidly growing EV business, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment with competitive salary, benefits, and career growth prospects.
