As part of our expansion and digital transformation journey, we are looking for a Tally ERP Expert who will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end implementation of Tally ERP within the organization.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tally ERP Expert with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of Tally ERP software for our fast-paced EV business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tally ERP features and modules, with a strong focus on inventory management, financial accounting, and integration with other software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Tally ERP Implementation:
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Tally ERP implementation from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Configure and customize Tally ERP to meet business requirements, including inventory management, accounts payable/receivable, GST compliance, etc.
• Integrate Tally ERP with other software platforms used in the company (e.g., CRM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing systems).
• System Customization and Configuration:
• Perform system configurations for various modules such as accounting, inventory, and taxation, and ensure they align with the business needs.
• Develop custom reports, data templates, and dashboards as required for different departments.
• Data Migration & Quality Assurance:
• Lead the data migration process, ensuring seamless transfer of historical data from legacy systems to Tally ERP.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
• Training & Support:
• Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use Tally ERP for their daily tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Tally ERP.
• Act as the point of contact for Tally ERP-related queries and issues.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with new Tally features, patches, and industry best practices.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities within the Tally ERP system to enhance business operations.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure smooth integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain clear documentation of all processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Tally ERP implementation, customization, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of Tally ERP software and experience in managing end-to-end implementations.
• Strong understanding of GST, taxation, inventory, and financial accounting modules within Tally.
• Experience in data migration and integration with other software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in the EV industry or similar technology-driven sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting best practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Pay: ₹8,521.88 - ₹38,407.62 per month
