Job Description

Tally Developer JD Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced developer with deep expertise in TDL (Tally Definition Language) to lead and manage the integration of our software product with Tally ERP. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of Tally schemas, excellent solution design capabilities, strong coding skills, and the ability to independently manage integration projects from conception to deployment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and optimize custom TDL solutions for seamless integration between our platform and Tally ERP. • Analyze Tally ERP schema to ensure robust and accurate data synchronization. • Design and implement efficient solutions that meet business and technical requirements. • Independently manage integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, and alignment with business objectives. • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of TDL code, resolving issues promptly. • Provide technical guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to achieve project goals. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to TDL customizations and integration procedures. Qualifications: • Proven experience (2-4+ years) developing solutions using TDL and integrating applications with Tally ERP. • Expert knowledge of Tally ERP schema and data structures. • Good overview of web applications and experience integrating web apps with Tally ERP. • Proficient in software development best practices, debugging techniques, and performance optimization. • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver solutions independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to take complete ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with accounting processes, ledger management, invoice generation, and financial reporting. • Prior experience integrating Tally ERP with third-party applications or systems such as Zoho, CRM systems, etc. Personal Attributes: • Self-driven and proactive attitude. • Strong ownership mindset. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
