Role: Talent Sourcer Desired Experience: 3 to 10 Years Locations: Pan India (including tier-2 cities) Desired Skills : Specialized in Sourcing talent with SAP skills Educational qualification: MBA (full time)/ B.Tech / Post graduation in HR What You’ll Do Act as a strategic partner to key hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals to fulfill critical talent needs Close critical roles within the designated Turnaround Time (TAT), ensuring timely recruitment for high-priority positions Deploy various sourcing techniques including social media platforms and Boolean searches Expand the use of job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc to maximize recruitment reach Lineup candidates for recruitment drives, accelerating hiring process for bulk recruitment needs Specialize in headhunting for niche skills, identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles Manage relationships with multiple hiring vendors, ensuring timely support and quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions Your Superpowers You create interest among potential candidates to drive talent to the organization You can build relationships and a good network to enable a strong pipeline of candidates Effectively headhunt from competitors for critical positions of the organization You are innovative, familiar with modern technology, have strong administration skills and excellent communication abilities You act as a brand ambassador and promote the employer brand to attract candidates Why Join Us?
