What You will be doing: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level Non-IT roles across the US. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies. Source candidates creatively through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for skill, culture fit, and potential. Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies and US labor laws throughout the recruitment cycle. Maintain detailed candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment databases. Share timely recruitment reports and insights with key stakeholders. Stay ahead of industry trends, labor market shifts, and recruitment best practices. What you will bring to the team: 2 - 5+ years of proven success in US Non-IT recruitment across multiple industries. Expertise in sourcing and hiring for a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment. Strong understanding of US work authorization types (US Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, etc.). Proficiency with top recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ATS platforms. Self-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Bonus Points For : Experience working in MSP/VMS environments.
