Additionally, you will liaise with photographers, stylists, and makeup artists to arrange test shoots and ensure models have strong portfolios ready for client presentations. As a Junior Booker, you will be involved in creating and managing model rosters, sharing model portfolios with potential clients, and assisting in negotiating contracts and rates for models. You will also communicate booking details to models, maintain booking records, and provide support in client relations to ensure a smooth process for bookings and follow-ups. Your responsibilities will include daily coordination tasks, tracking scouting efforts and training schedules, and ensuring models meet the necessary requirements before being presented for job opportunities. The role requires strong talent identification skills, organizational abilities, excellent communication, attention to detail, negotiation skills, social media proficiency, and basic sales and client relations knowledge.
