Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership review. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed. Collaborates closely with key stakeholders to support talent management initiatives. Leveraging strong influencing skills to drive alignment and outcomes. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the talent rating process and actively contributes to talent reviews, succession planning, and strategic workforce discussions.
