Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr Talent Manager located in Jaipur. The Jr Talent Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with social media influencers, assisting in the coordination of influencer marketing campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content. Daily tasks include communicating with influencers, tracking campaign progress, organizing meetings, and providing support to senior managers as required. The role also involves scouting new talent and maintaining an up-to-date database of influencers. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or content marketing Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools Organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Show more Show less
