Job Opening | Therapy Manager – Retina | Pharma Sales | Ahmedabad Designation: Therapy Manager – Retina Function: Sales – Retina Division Territory: Ahmedabad (local territory experience mandatory) Segment: Retina (Aflibercept portfolio – new launch) Reporting To: RSM / ZSM Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in Retina sales Age Limit: Up to 32 years Industry Preference: Candidates from Top Ophthalmology companies (if strong retina candidates are on higher CTC). Others with proper experience can also apply. Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Therapy Manager – Retina with strong doctor connect in Ahmedabad, proven performance, and the ability to drive a high-potential new launch in the Retina segment. Key Responsibilities : ✔ Promote Retina portfolio products with ophthalmologists (especially retina specialists) ✔ Achieve monthly & quarterly business targets ✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors and hospitals ✔ Drive demand generation and territory expansion ✔ Ensure effective territory planning and execution of field activities ✔ Track competitor activities and market trends ✔ Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance Requirements : 3–4 years of proven experience in Retina sales (same territory preferred) Strong network of retina specialists and key ophthalmologists in Ahmedabad Good communication and scientific detailing skills Strong performance track record and career stability High ownership, self-driven and target-oriented Interested candidates may share their updated resume at: sidharth@talentleap.in +91 7205781181 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
