Key Responsibilities: Global Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent locally and internationally through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events. Sourcing Expertise: Utilize multiple sourcing channels to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. End-to-End Recruitment Coordination: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. ATS Proficiency: Efficiently manage Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline the hiring process. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with recruitment suppliers and explore innovative avenues for sourcing top talent. Performance Analysis: Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure alignment with business goals. Negotiation Skills: Handle salary negotiations and offer discussions effectively. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Address hiring challenges and adapt strategies to meet business needs. Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with recruitment policies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree from a reputed Indian university. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management with a focus on talent acquisition. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
