About Role: This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive at Affixious Consulting Pvt. Ltd.,a sister organization of MyHolidays.Com, located in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for open positions. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our growth and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen and assess resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and administer pre employment assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Find passive candidates such as networking, cold calling, complex internet searches & mining, social & professional networking groups, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research Establish long-term relations with potential and previous candidates who may later fill new positions Build the Strong pipeline & database of potential candidate's large-scale talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term needs to be ready to offer for all the ongoing roles. Conduct reference checks and verify employment history to ensure the accuracy of candidate information. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Work closely with Hiring Managers to determine the manpower needs of the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external talent partners. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR best practices and policies related to talent acquisition. Ensuring the job descriptions properly define the needs of the company. Put together the questions for the interview to properly test the candidate and reflect the specific requirements of the position Required Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for recruiting and building high-performing teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with recruiting portals (Naukri/LinkedIn/Indeed etc.). An immediate joiner.
