Job Description: Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Talent Development Trainer to join our Learning and Development team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating internal leadership development programs, delivering culture training, and supporting managers with team training needs. This role is integral to ensuring alignment between our training programs and broader business objectives. Responsibilities: Facilitate internal development programs to promote professional growth within our organization.Work closely with the Talent Development Manager to understand training needs and provide necessary support.Support new hires and help them understand how the business works, and how to demonstrate professionalism at work.Support the delivery of culture training to help employees overcome cultural differences and work effectively in a global company.Responsible for all administrative tasks associated with talent development, including scheduling programs and tracking attendance.Work with the Talent Development Manager to measure the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed.Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in talent development.Creating engaging learning material using PowerPoint/Visme or Articulate 360 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of experience in a facilitation or training role.Proven experience in facilitating development programs and conducting training sessions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.Proficient understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning management systems.Experience working in a global business is desirable.Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines.Strong English language proficiency (C1+), both written and spoken, is essential.
