The manufacturing unit is located in the outskirts of Bangalore in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Development Specialist at Maiva Pharma Private Limited. The specialist will be responsible for training and development, instructional design, curriculum development, and effective communication within the organization. QualificationsPerformance Management:Performance Reviews and Feedback: Talent management ensures that the organization has systems in place for regular performance evaluations. This includes designing performance review frameworks and setting key performance indicators (KPIs).Continuous Feedback Culture: They promote a culture of continuous feedback, allowing managers and employees to have ongoing conversations about performance, expectations, and growth opportunities. Learning and Development (L&D): Identify Development Needs: Talent management identifies areas where employees need development or skill-building, often in collaboration with the L&D team. Personalized Development Plans: They create personalized learning paths for employees, helping them acquire new skills, improve performance, or prepare for leadership roles. Leadership Development Programs: In partnership with L&D, talent management helps design leadership training and succession planning for high-potential employees.Align Training with Business Goals: Ensure that learning and development initiatives align with the company’s overall strategy and specific departmental needs. Assess Skills Gaps: Conduct assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge across the organization, working closely with department heads and HR. Personalized Learning Paths: Create tailored development plans for employees, considering their roles, aspirations, and skill levels. Upskilling: Focus on improving employees’ existing skills to keep them relevant with the changing demands of their roles, especially in areas like digital literacy, leadership, and emerging industry trends.Reskilling: Help employees develop new skills that enable them to move into different roles within the organization, particularly in the face of technological change or business model shifts. Track and Assess Impact: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by measuring performance improvements, employee feedback, and ROI. Succession Planning: Identify High-Potential Employees: Talent management identifies high-potential employees who can grow into key roles, ensuring there’s a pipeline of future leaders.
