Talent Consultant Coordinator-Senior Associate

Role Overview: As a Talent Consultant Coordinator at EY, you will be an integral part of the Talent Services team, supporting various HR functions for EY member firms. You will collaborate closely with the Oceania team to enhance onshore delivery and ensure compliance with processes. Your role will involve assisting Talent consultants in executing programs and initiatives to drive operational efficiency and strategic activities within the region. Key Responsibilities: - Produce regular and ad hoc reports on turnover, exit interviews, diversity and inclusion, mobility, and compensation metrics - Assist in year-end and annual compensation review processes, including data validation, coordination of tasks, and attendance in review meetings - Facilitate bonus processes and support the finalization of the LEAD and compensation review process - Manage the EY People Pulse delivery, including monitoring participation rates, producing communications, and analyzing results - Support quarterly LEAD cycles by preparing reporting and communications for the Service Line - Coordinate and support Talent meetings or Service Line events, including general administration tasks and minute taking Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, preferably with an HR specialization - Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR or a related field at a coordinator or administrative level - Demonstrated experience working with various stakeholders and in international, diverse environments Additional Company Details: EY is committed to building a better working world by creating value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
