As the Talent Business Partner for our Product Function, your mission is to be a catalyst for growth. You will empower our Product Managers to become world-class leaders, cultivate a culture of high agency and innovation, and architect an environment where 10X talent. This isn’t a support role; this is a strategic partnership designed to build the human infrastructure behind India's next great tech-product story.

Your Arena: Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership Multiplier & Coach for Product Visionaries

• Act as a dedicated coach and thought partner to our Product Managers, guiding their evolution from individual contributors to strategic leaders.
• Masterfully facilitate 1:1s, feedback loops, and developmental conversations that sharpen their ability to "Zoom-In" on execution and "Zoom-Out" on strategy.
• Develop and scale powerful playbooks, principles, and learning frameworks that empower PMs to coach their own engineers and designers with exceptional clarity and purpose.

2. Culture Catalyst & Champion

• Be the driving force that institutionalizes and amplifies Juspay’s

  First Principles

  and

  Merchant-First

  culture across every product squad.
• Curate and lead rituals, cadences, and forums that celebrate high performance, deepen ownership, and foster a state of continuous learning.
• Champion a

  Design-Driven, Data-Informed, and Tech-First

  mindset, ensuring it’s not just a mantra, but the lived reality of how we build.

3. Architect of 10X Talent

• Take a strategic, forward-looking approach to the entire talent lifecycle—from attracting and onboarding exceptional talent to designing meaningful career paths and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product Leaders to proactively identify, nurture, and accelerate the growth of our 10X engineers, sculpting them into the future leaders of Juspay.
• Design and launch innovative succession and acceleration programs that prepare our talent for exponential career growth and broader leadership impact.

4. Strategic Thought Partner & Org Designer

• Serve as a proactive advisor to Product Leadership on organizational design, team dynamics, and building resilient, high-performing teams.
• Leverage data and human-centric insights to drive strategic decisions around team structures, performance interventions, and engagement strategies.
• Lead org-level retrospectives and action plans, ensuring our talent systems are constantly evolving to meet the demands of a hyper-growth environment.

You're the Perfect Fit If You...

  10–12 years of TalentBP experience

• Have a proven track record of partnering directly with and influencing
