Talent Acquisition Specialist/Talent identification

You are being hired for a Talent Identification role in a TOP MNC based in Bangalore to handle Talent acquisition, recruitment, end to end recruitment, offer letter generation, and sourcing. It is mandatory to have International Staffing experience for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Talent acquisition, recruitment, end to end recruitment, offer letter generation, sourcing - Must have experience as a team lead or assistant manager on paper Qualifications Required: - Graduate and postgraduate degree This role requires you to have 9 to 13 years of experience, with a notice period of Immediate to 30 days. You will be working in US shift from the office location. Experience in International Talent Acquisition, especially in the US or any other international support, will be a significant advantage. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience as an Ops Specialist (Assistant Manager) with a salary range of 10LPA to 16LPA. Additionally, you must possess at least 2+ years of experience in people management on paper.
