Package: 8 LPA + Incentives + Bonus

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Notice Period: Max 15 days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Work Days: Mon-Fri Office + Alternate Sat (WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT/non-IT recruitment for permanent and contract staffing.
• Work on various IT/non-IT roles and technologies across junior to senior levels.
• Maintain ownership and commitment on deliverables with accountability and transparency.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of strong experience in recruitment.
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking).
• Self-motivated.
