About the Role: The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition will play a crucial role in building a high-performing sales team for UpGrad. This individual will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Key Responsibilities: • Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top sales talent. • Develop strong relationships with industry professionals and build a robust talent pipeline • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' suitability for the role • Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates • Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit • Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages • Close candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process • Contribute to upGrad's employer branding efforts by promoting our company culture and values • Track key metrics and generate regular reports on recruitment activities • Analyze data to identify trends and optimize recruitment strategies
