The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT recruitment, excellent sourcing strategies, ability to attract top technical talent and capability to handle a team of 5-6 members. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Identify and attract top technology talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluate technical skills, and assess cultural fit. Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Keep up with the latest hiring trends in the IT industry and implement best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications : 1-6 years of proven experience in technical recruitment. Strong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and industry trends. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, GitHub, and Stack Overflow. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in contract staffing and volume hiring. Strong network and database of IT professionals.
