Your Impact in This Role: As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring top tech talent for our Engineering and other technology-driven roles. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, leveraging modern hiring techniques and innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from requirement gathering to onboarding, for tech and sales roles. Innovative Hiring Strategies: Utilize traditional hiring methods along with social media, networking, professional communities, and AI-powered sourcing tools to attract top talent. Candidate Engagement: Develop strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Data-Driven Approach: Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to drive hiring efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and align hiring strategies accordingly. Offer Management: Handle the entire offer process, from expectation setting, negotiation to approvals and final offer release, and Post-offer engagement. What We're Looking For: 2-5 years of experience in tech recruitment , with a proven track record of hiring for IT roles. Strong ability to identify, engage, and hire top talent in a competitive market. Excellent sourcing, headhunting & negotiation skills, with experience in cold calling, networking, and social hiring . Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple hiring demands and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills , both written and verbal. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) . Why Join Netcore?
