MONDAY - SATURDAY 10 - 7

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Target Based). The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, coordinating the interview process, and supporting hiring managers to ensure that XpressEdu attracts and hires top talent. The position includes developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and meeting hiring targets as part of the objectives.

Qualifications

Proficient knowledge in Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes and experience in managing hiring pipelines
Skilled in Interviewing candidates to assess qualifications and cultural alignment
Experience in implementing and fostering strong Employer Branding strategies
Strong expertise in Recruiting and leveraging multiple sourcing strategies and tools to attract talented professionals
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are advantageous
