Role Overview: We are seeking an agile, multi-tasking, and highly involved Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract the best candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs. Utilize job portals, social media, and other sourcing methods to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process. Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards. Build and nurture a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Stay updated on hiring trends and market insights to improve recruitment processes. Key Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders efficiently. Passionate about hiring and creating a great candidate experience.
