About the Role : We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals for various technical positions. You should have a strong understanding of the technology industry and the ability to match skilled candidates with business needs. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for finding the best talent in the IT industry. Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Software Developers, System Administrators, Data Engineers, etc.). Source candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, soft skills, and cultural compatibility. Coordinate with hiring managers and teams to understand job specifications and team dynamics. Maintain and update a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings. Organize and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain timely communication with all stakeholders. Provide an excellent candidate experience by guiding them throughout the recruitment process. Keep track of recruitment metrics and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and industry trends. Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong networking skills and the ability to engage with passive candidates. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficient in MS Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field. Preferred Skills : Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Developers, System Engineers, Data Scientists, and Cloud Architects. Previous experience working in a technology-driven company.
