Ltd., Mohali. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in IT recruitment , excellent sourcing skills, and a proven ability to close positions efficiently . Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles Hands-on experience with various hiring portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing with strong professional connections Coordinating with HR Manager to understand role requirements Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT/technical hiring Strong understanding of different technologies, roles, and skills in the IT domain Excellent communication and networking abilities Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding the right talent, we’d love to connect!
