About the role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Netplace, you will be tasked with handling IT and non-IT related recruitment from scouting and screening resumes to internal calendar management and interviewing. You will conduct job analysis, coordinate across teams to schedule interview timing as well as assist with onboarding and orientations. Responsibilities Drive recruitment through various sourcing channels to ensure a continuous supply of talent aligned with business needs. Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing real-time updates on recruitment progress. Candidate Screening and Assessment - review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job requirements and organizational culture fit. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, motivations, and alignment with company values. Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring teams - provide support to hiring managers in conducting interviews. Ensure positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process: keeping them informed about their application status and promptly addressing questions, concerns, and feedback. Drive Netplace initiatives to enhance reputation as an employer of choice. Maintain accurate and up to date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Stay updated on industry trends and practices to ensure competitiveness in the talent market. Develop and maintain a continuous supply of qualified candidates for future openings. Leverage your knowledge of digital marketing and media recruitment to attract and hire top talent in relevant fields. Who you are Graduate with 0-1 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition. Experience with digital media and efficient recruitment through digital platforms. Proficient with presentations and google workspace. Good organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. A problem solver who brings solutions to the table along with your concerns. Able to exercise good judgment on day-to-day work activities. Excel in clear and effective communication. Able to engage with stakeholders across all levels- both internal and external in a supportive and efficient manners. Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
