Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. This role will partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with Nesco's values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility in the job market.
  
• Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure accurate recruitment reporting.
  
• Coordinate with HR and business teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, market insights, and compensation benchmarks.
  
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  
• 4+years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview methods.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strategic mindset with a focus on candidate experience and organizational fit.
