Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the hiring needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with the interview panel Develop, influence, and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates Maintaining and developing candidate databases and trackers Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent, and build online communities Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate/Post Graduate degree 6-12 years of experience in developing and executing innovative search techniques, mapping, and conducting internet searches using social media and other tools to identify relevant prospects Confident and motivated self-starter with strong communication skills Experience in developing and managing talent networks and pipelines An analytically oriented and resourceful individual with the ability to solve problems in an ambiguous environment Willingness to learn and stretch in accomplishing the desired output Proven ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadline
