Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and skilled Senior Recruitment Executives to join our growing HR team. The Senior Recruitment Executive will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, contributing directly to the growth and success of MicroMitti. Location - Indore Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for multiple roles across the organization. Sourcing: Identify and engage top talent using job portals, networking sites, and industry connections. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for tracking and analysis. Compliance: Ensure all hiring processes are compliant with labor laws and company policies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Time to Hire: Achieve efficient hiring timelines across all roles. Quality of Hire: Ensure a high success rate in long-term candidate retention and performance. Candidate Experience: Maintain positive feedback and experiences from candidates throughout the recruitment process. Offer Acceptance Rate: Improve offer acceptance ratios through effective communication and alignment. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI, PropTech, or Real Estate sectors. Proven track record of successful placements across multiple levels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong understanding of hiring compliance and best practices.
