Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build strong, creative and data-driven talent pipelines for Japanese and Korean-speaking roles across APAC.
• Drive innovation in recruitment processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
